Does anyone have...

...leftovers/half/a whole skein of Antique Red Victorian Motto Sampler Shoppe thread they would like to swap for some threads/charts?

My niece is SIX months old today. Where did that time go? She also went for her first swimming lesson...

I am not sure that the novelty of posting cute photos of her will ever wear off, so readers and friends... you may have to bear with me :-)

Although I will have some travel photos to share soon. DH and I are off to Fiji in a few weeks. I can't wait to get away from all this wet and windy October weather.

Happy stitching!

I never get tired of seeing Phoebe's darling face, Rowyn! She always makes me smile...

Fiji sounds like heaven right about now--enjoy.. (And take lots of photos to share with us!)

Glad someone was able to help you with your needed floss.
Phoebe is so sweet - how can you not share photos of her. My grandson's have been in swimming lessons since that age and they are amazing swimmers at 3 and 4.
I want to come to Fiji too (whine). That sounds so amazing. Have fun and take lots of photos.

I never tired of seeing the faces of wee little ones. Mine are not so little any more, and while I can honestly say I am glad that they are growing and are becoming more independant, it's always nice to see little ones!

Hi Rowyn,

I'm trying to type this around
Phoebe (my cat...not your niece)
who's parked herself in front of
computer and keyboard and is
having a good wash while I peer
around and over her and type

As far as I'm concerned you can
post as many photo's of darling
Phoebe as you like. I'm enjoying
them. She's soooo cute. Love
the picture of her taking her
swimming lesson. She looks like
she's enjoying herself.

Hootzi Humbug really is a
cute design. I've not seen it
before. Just Nan always seems
to find the most beautiful
treasures to feature with her
stitched pieces, doesn't she?

Interesting question regarding
the out of print charts. I
know that some charts, such as
Prairie Schooler's can go for
incredible prices when offered
on Ebay. I guess if the chart
is out of print, the design
and the designer are popular
and the potential for finding
the chart for sale is low,
then price wise the sky is the

Your photos of Castlepoint
are gorgeous! I love seeing
these types of photos too.
Well worth a two hour drive
to see these kinds of views.

A trip to Fiji sounds like
a great idea to me. Got room
in your suitcase for me???
